Good primary care demands more than just a solid, knowledgeable clinician. When new patients join our practice, the most common complaint we hear is that their previous doctor seemed well-qualified, but the support staff were rude, uncaring, or simply not competent. Establishing and enforcing extremely high standards of patient care and customer service is central to our mission. The medical assistants, administrative assistants, and others who work in the office strive to be absolutely at the top of their profession. We receive hundreds of compliments on our support staff every year.
